some author activity: Baker, Earl, Flemmer + Smith,

Jennifer Baker has a new essay on the "On Writing" series over at the ottawa poetry newsletter; Amanda Earl has a new essay on Sandra Ridley over at many gendered mothers; Kyle Flemmer answers the "12 or 20 (small press) questions" on The Blasted Tree Publishing Company ; and Jessica Smith has a bunch of recent activity, including new work in Open Letters Monthly, an essay on erasure and the script of a talk she gave recently at Berl's Brooklyn Poetry Shop on Coven Press.
